Kiren is passionate about helping people to transform their bodies through nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle and is known for holding clients accountable, and helping them create life-long habits.
Kiren believes exercise and nutrition is the best the best method to both look and feeling great, and is an advocate for preventative medicine through weight training as well as a well balance diet. She focuses on educating and empowering others, helping her clients make adjustments to their programs where needed, and holding accountability.
Kiren’s mission is to assist her client’s look and feel great by providing simple strategies, keeping herself updated on current and proven nutrition tactics and personal training strategies. Kiren has a Science Degree from York University and a personal training certification from National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
