Jolene has always been passionate about helping others, which is what lead her to pursue her degree in Kinesiology. Assisting as a Kinesiologist Jolene has developed many rehabilitation programs for clients, helping people overcome pain and numerous functional issues.
Following graduation from York University she has worked in various settings with very different clients from cardiac rehab, to workplace injuries, group fitness and personal training. Jolene doesn’t just count sets and reps, she helps you achieve your goals by teaching you move how to move efficiently, coaching you on form and educating you on why specific exercises are right for your body and desired goals. Her personal fitness lifestyle includes competing in fitness and physique contests, rock climbing, and mountain biking and running. She also is extremely interested in nutrition and constantly trialing different foods to help shape her physique, and look and feel great.
