Jenna is a Toronto University graduate with a BSc. Honors in Kinesiology. She’s well versed in human anatomy, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation studies. Jenna has worked with an assortment of clients: from elite athletes, corporate executives, and elderly individuals.
Throughout her education she has developed a passion for resistance training as well as High Intensity Interval Training (HITT). Jenna is involved in recreational sports including basketball, soccer, and tennis. When not competing on a sports team, Jenna is a regular gym goer, who cautiously monitors her nutrition and motivates clients how to do the same.
Training with Jenna you can expect a high energy, positive and motivational coach who will hold you accountable, but will also make sure that you’re enjoying the journey and having fun each step of the journey.
