Brian is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach. In July 2010, Brian moved to Toronto from England to focus on his fitness career and has grown immensely as a trainer in that time.
Brian specializes in body transformations and has changed the lives of various clients ranging from morbidly obese clients loosing 150+ pounds, to assisting post pregnancy women look and feel their best. Brian has extensive experience with couples fitness, youth fitness, as well as injury rehabilitation.
When trained by Brian be sure that he’ll get you out of your comfort zone and push you to the next level, as he’s proven the ability to do this with past clients time and time again.
