Avi is a certified personal trainer on a mission to better the lives of others through fitness and nutrition. With greater than 20 years of fitness experience, he first began his love for lifting weights as a student athlete, coaching fellow peers and motivating others through his healthy lifestyle habits. Over the past several years he’s helped transform his clients through his expertise and positive attitude. “I believe in really focusing on the needs of my clients. Whether fat loss, building lean muscle, or learning how to live a healthier lifestyle and make great food choices, my ultimate goal is to satisfy my clients and make sure they have fun along the way too, cause life is too short not to enjoy every journey”. Avi specializes in weight lifting to develop lean muscle mass and burn body fat, HIIT (high intensity interval training), TRX suspension training, total body workouts, weight loss and healthy eating.

Avi has a tremendous amount of experience working with corporate executives, stay at home mothers, young brides gearing up for their wedding, post pregnancy women looking to regain their ideal physique, elite youth athletes, as well as retires with health concerns.
