Avi is a certified personal trainer on a mission to better the lives of others through fitness and nutrition. With greater than 20 years of fitness experience, he first began his love for lifting weights as a student athlete, coaching fellow peers and motivating others through his healthy lifestyle habits. Over the past several years he’s helped transform his clients through his expertise and positive attitude.
Jenna is a Toronto University graduate with a BSc. Honors in Kinesiology. She’s well versed in human anatomy, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation studies. Jenna has worked with an assortment of clients: from elite athletes, corporate executives, and elderly individuals.

Jolene has always been passionate about helping others, which is what lead her to pursue her degree in Kinesiology. Assisting as a Kinesiologist Jolene has developed many rehabilitation programs for clients, helping people overcome pain and numerous functional issues.
Kiren is passionate about helping people to transform their bodies through nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle and is known for holding clients accountable, and helping them create life-long habits. Kiren believes exercise and nutrition is the best the best method to both look and feeling great, and is an advocate for preventative medicine through weight training as well as a well balance diet.
Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach
Brian is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach. In July 2010, Brian moved to Toronto from England to focus on his fitness career and has grown immensely as a trainer in that time. Brian specializes in body transformations and has changed the lives of various clients ranging from morbidly obese clients loosing 150+ pounds, to assisting post pregnancy women look and feel their best.
